Where a statutory or contractual right to cancel applies, we honour it. For promotional vouchers or fixed-date offers, expiry dates and change fees may apply as stated on the voucher or product page.
If we cancel an experience for operational or safety reasons, we will offer an alternative date or a refund in line with the terms of your booking.
