These conditions apply to travel package vouchers booked through Baku Holidays unless your confirmation states otherwise.

Package voucher conditions

  1. Travel anytime from 01.05.2026 to 30.09.2026 (or as specified in your voucher).
  2. Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like school breaks, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine's Day.
  3. Infant Fee: AZN 300.
  4. Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.
  5. Submit your travel dates before 25th of March 2026.
  6. Many nationalities do not require a visa to enter Azerbaijan; others are eligible for visa on arrival or e-visa. For complete visa-related information, please click here.
  7. Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled for a minimal fee of only AZN 250 per voucher.
